This session moves beyond basic leadership and to a conversation on exceptional leadership, and why it is so critical for today’s students. With experience at middle schools through the collegiate level, this session inspires participants to be stronger leaders. Kachmarik’s love for the student’s shines! This is a powerful session for student-athletes and the general student population of all ages.
What you sacrifice to be “cool” 60 minutes
This powerful workshop discusses how “teen brains are wired” and what teens seek in middle and high school. This is a very important conversation with student-athletes as they identify “what are they willing to sacrifice” to be that team leader.
How character leads your way 30 minutes
These presentations for middle and high school students are perfect for time-strapped programs. These engaging workshops discuss 3-4 character traits. Middle school students discuss accountability, resiliency, and caring, and high schoolers add social awareness to the list. The presentations close with a discussion on bullying and how to apply character to change culture.
What motivates you to be successful? 60 minutes
This workshops allows each student-athlete or student to identify character traits they need to work on to continue to grow on and off the fields and in the classroom. Participants leave with concrete steps for growth.

Reclaiming the educational values of school sports 2 hours
School sports are an exceptional opportunity for student-athletes of all abilities. However, many coaches focus on the x’s and o’s and not the character development of the student-athletes they coach. This workshop provides great character coaching advice for all coaches!

This session examines why stepping up to exceptional coaching is so critical and important for teams and student-athletes. This workshop not only allows each person to identify skills they need to improve, but also helps participants identify who they surround themselves with that will continue to drive them to be a stronger exceptional leader/coach.
What drives success 60-90 minutes
This clinic discusses character traits that determine success and growth in your student- athletes. When was the last time your coaches had a practice that went beyond the Xs and Os? Most coaches never leave the playing fields and go into a classroom to discuss team culture, character, leadership and the many other topics that will separate your programs from everyone else. This session shows how these discussions are vital, and can lead to more success on and off the field.

Based on research into what drives successful leaders, this workshop combines what motivates each coach to be more successful with what drives student-athletes to become a stronger and more unified team.
Mental toughness and grit in today’s student-athletes 60 minutes
This workshop discusses why research tells us that today’s student-athletes are not as resilient as in years past, and why today’s coaches should work on grit every day. What are the best coaches doing to confront this issue? This session reviews what coaches should be doing to build resiliency.
Great communication because your words matter 60 minutes
How we communicate is critical for the success and cohesiveness of our team. How we speak matters, and what your team hears matters more. Communication skills are the basis for a rewarding team and exceptional leadership. We have to be able to communicate in many different ways. We have to be strong one-on-one, in small groups, large groups, in the heat of the moment, and in the calm of the day. This workshop examines how each person can improve their individual communication skills on and off the playing fields.
How your coach can improve parent behavior now! 60 minutes
This session gives your coaching staff the research behind why parents are negatively impacting their favorite student-athlete, their own child. It is not enough to tell parents to stop yelling at the officials, stop coaching from the stands or the car ride home, etc. This session will give participants great ideas and a plan to improve the coach-parent relationship.
